Pricing FAQ
What does the minimum include?
The minimum reflects the amount of floral product needed to thoughtfully fulfill your order while maintaining the quality and overall look of our designs. As a general guideline, our designs are composed of approximately 80% standard or economy flowers and 20% luxury or specialty varieties, though the exact mix may vary depending on season and availability.
Final pricing is determined by the size and scale of the design, as well as the specific flower varieties used. Larger arrangements and designs featuring a higher percentage of premium blooms will naturally require a greater investment.
Where can we negotiate?
The biggest opportunity to reduce cost is usually in labor and logistics. If your florals can simply be delivered, nothing needs to be designed or installed on-site, and there are no rental items or vessels that need to be collected afterward, we can often reduce the overall cost by around 15%.
In those cases, the client accepts responsibility for the flowers and vessels once they’re delivered, and no strike or return service is required. This works best for events where everything is fully designed in advance and can be placed without additional on-site styling.
How far in advance should I order?
For one-off floral designs using the best available flowers from our local markets, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. If you’re requesting specific flower varieties or colors that need to be specially ordered, please allow at least two weeks.
For weddings, large-scale events, and projects that require additional florists or on-site installation, we recommend booking at least two months in advance so we can properly staff and plan your event.
